Sap Concur Alerts

Concur is currently expierenceing partial outage issues.  Users may not be able to log in to the system or, if already logged in, may not be able to complete approvals, creating reports, etc.

The vendor is aware of the technical problem and is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The Internal Revenue Service announced on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 that the 2020 Personal Mileage Reimbursement Rate will be reduced to 57.5 cents per mile, a decrease of 0.5 cents from the 2019 mileage rate.

SAP Concur has been updated with the new rate and effective date.  All personal mileage expenses for travel dates on or after January 1, 2020 will be automatically calculated in SAP Concur using the 57.5 cents per mile rate.

To receive reimbursement from an SAP Concur expense report prior to the end of the 2019 Calendar Year, the report must be submitted, fully approved, and have a status of Processing Payment in SAP Concur by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, December 18, 2019.

Reimbursement requests submitted and approved AFTER 5:00 PM on December 18, 2019, will be processed and paid when the University returns to its normal business schedule in January 2020.

Concur Expense has experienced a server outage creating performance issues when attempting to access Concur Expense or submit expense reports.  If you are already in the application, you may receive an error page when switching between features.  Concur is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and we will issue updates as they become available.

Concur has identified performance issues that may affect Travel searches and booking, submitting Expense reports, or attempting to login to the application.  Users currently logged in are able to continue to use the application.
